Workers'
Compensation
The Workers’ Compensation program is designed to provide
employees with medical expenses and loss of wages resulting from
a work related injury. The policy also provides employers’ liability
for any legal obligation the employer may be responsible for relating
to an employee injury.
Underwriter:
Paul Goebel Group access multiple carriers including: The Hartford,
Hastings Mutual, Citizens Insurance Company of America, Harleysville
Lake States, and Auto-Owners.
Employers
are required by law to provide Workers’ Compensation
coverage for their employees if they:
A) employ 1-2 persons
who work at least 35 hours per week for at least 13 weeks
out of a twelve month period
or
B) employ 3 or more persons regardless of the number of hours
employed
Eligibility:
All members are eligible to apply.
Features:
Experience rated based on calendar year.
