This program is endorsed by your association.
The Hospital Indemnity Plan (HIP) pays a daily benefit directly
to you for each day you are hospitalized, up to a maximum of 500
days.
Underwriter:
The United States Life Insurance Company in the City of New York,
Member AIG Inc.
Eligibility:
Any member, or their spouse under age 60, and their dependent
children between 14 days and 19 years. Unmarried dependent
children who are full-time students can be covered up to
age 23.
