Death & Dismemberment
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD & D) will pay a benefit for accidental
loss of life or bodily injury occurring within 90 days of the accident. Bodily
injury involves various amounts for single and double dismemberment and loss
of sight or speech or hearing.

Eligibility:
All active members and their spouses under age
70 are eligible to purchase coverage.
